Innovation was a critical ingredient in launching Ericsson’s newly-created Enterprise Wireless Solutions business proposition. As a sponsor of Liverpool’s Smart Factory Expo event, there were plenty of opportunities for the brand to impress its key audience of digital manufacturing experts.
But as newcomers to the event, we had to put in that extra bit of effort to truly stand out from the crowd. With new global creative and an interactive product demo to hand, we brought the brand to life with an altogether more human-centred experience; far from the static displays and looped powerpoint presentations on other stands.
Ericsson’s first year at the Smart Factory Expo was a resounding success. Their stand was one of the most striking, premium and creative places there. The execution and experience hit home not only the value of their offering but their brand values too – inciting relationships with 200-plus sales leads and over 260 leads (at the Manufacturing Leaders’ Summit seminar).
Sebastian Elmgreen’s keynote was so popular that we were even asked to activate it for Reuters. The interactive demos were incredibly well-received too, with the SFE event serving as a proof point to justify UK-wide roll out of these powerful assets.
